    Sent the wrong product - no response to emails

    Paid $30 inc delivery to get my son the caramel coated honeycomb as a treat on his birthday. Sent the regular honeycomb which you can get at any supermarket. Emailed twice with pictures just asking for it to be replaced. NOTHING. Not the end of the world, but curious as to why you won't reply to my emails then send me a review request. Would work a lot better for you if you sorted out the issue first.
